Daniela Costa - Uma Bomba a Iluminar a Noite do Marão

It was raining the night a priest and a student were killed with a bomb, returning home from teaching night classes for adults. The incident took place in Vila Real on April 2, 1976, and the victims were Maximino Barbosa de Sousa, known as Father Max, and Maria de Lourdes Correia. Reconstructing this scenario, this fictional work explores the tensions and ambiguities of the various characters called to testify. While some describe the light with which the protagonists illuminated their lives, others kick up debris and point out the dangers hidden in revolutionary ideas.
