Pentângulo is a publication that shines a spotlight on the work of emerging authors trained in the Illustration and Comics course at Ar.Co.

Without hierarchies, it brings together established names and newcomers — students, alumni, and teachers — blending their images and words in a healthy, creative promiscuity. The Illustration/Comics department at Ar.Co has developed a pedagogical model that emphasizes the specific applications of illustration and comics within the publishing market. Over its 19 years of existence, it has partnered with various organizations — notably Chili Com Carne, with whom it has collaborated since the early 2000s. This issue features contributions from: António Gomes, Joana Matos, Sara Baptista, Tita Luís, Mariana Matos, Gaspar Borges, Luís Ribeiro, Rodolfo Mariano, TETRATELES, Francisco Sousa Lobo, Emilie Bourel, Rodrigo Villalba, Beatriz Brajal, Francisco Modesto, Luís Ribeiro, Marcos Farrajota (text), Pauli Pokryvkova, Maryam Shimizu, Luana Saldanha, Sofia Ciente, Tomás Almeida, António José Lopes, Amanda Baeza, Rebeca Gomes, and Tiago Baptista.
