Released in September 1988, "The Nephilim" is the second studio album by the iconic British gothic rock band Fields of the Nephilim. Produced by Hugh Jones, the record solidified the band’s signature sound, characterized by atmospheric guitars, a hypnotic rhythm section, and Carl McCoy’s deep, cavernous vocals.
