Echo & The Bunnymen - Porcupine

"Porcupine," released on February 4, 1983, is Echo & The Bunnymen’s third album and one of their most intense.

Produced by Ian Broudie, it blends dark atmospheres with striking guitars and introspective lyrics. It features classics like "The Cutter" and "Back of Love", which helped establish the band in the post-punk scene. Initially rejected by the label for being too dark, the album was reworked with richer arrangements and became one of the band’s biggest successes.
