Zé Ibarra – Afim

Released in 2025, Afim is the second solo album by Brazilian musician Zé Ibarra and marks a new phase in his artistic journey, consciously more free, expansive, and experimental.

Following the acoustic introspection of Marquês, 256, this new work dives into a broader sonic landscape, blending influences from Brazilian popular music with elements of jazz, progressive rock, and contemporary pop. Throughout the album, Zé Ibarra moves between original compositions and reinterpretations of songs by artists such as Maria Beraldo, Sophia Chablau, and Ítalo França, reflecting a generous and curious engagement with current musical production.
