A Finnish sheikh dressed in traditional Middle Eastern attire flees on a bicycle, pursued by Swedish police, leaving a trail of children without acknowledged paternity, cold-blooded murders, house and car burglaries...

This is the existential chaos recounted here, and the ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) Sheikh is a real character, fictionalized by the Finnish author Marko Turunen.

Turunen's work is based on reality, often the most monotonous of all, spiced with a Hyper-Pop aesthetic in which we feel immersed in a Meta universe. Thus, on the horizon of everyday life, co-inhabit "women-with-excessive-manga," "funny animal" men, or 3D superheroes, among other mutant creatures of the popular culture of the Global Village.
