Nunsky - Nadja, Ninfeta Virgem do Inferno

This comic can be considered a unique work within the Portuguese comics scene of the time (1997) — and even today — thanks to its psycho-goth themes and graphic quality reminiscent of Love & Rockets or Charles Burns.

Since then, the author has disappeared from the comics world, choosing instead to become the vocalist of the band The ID’s, whose fate remains unknown. Nunsky was like a comet in the Portuguese underground comics scene — and as we know, some comets have a way of coming back after a long time... Nadja, Ninfeta Virgem do Inferno is a true anti-Christian graphic debauchery, tailor-made for fans of 1980s L.A. hair metal bands, dystopian followers of RanXerox, and heroin revivalists.
