Urban Verbs – Early Damage is the second album by American band Urban Verbs, originally released in 1981 on Warner Bros. Records and available on both LP and CD.

The record features nine tracks with a total running time of around 42 minutes, including songs such as When the Dance Is Over, Jar My Blood, Acceleration, Promise, and Terminal Bar. Urban Verbs, formed in Washington D.C., were a new wave and post-punk group made up of Roddy Frantz (vocals), Robert Goldstein (guitar), Linda France (bass), Robin Rose (keyboards), and Danny Frankel (drums).
